Hi Will,
I printed out a copy of the email you sent me, and walked it over
to hotline just to be sure. Some of the staff there have been on
vacation and just got back today, so I suspect they've been a little
short handed. I've asked them to get back to you and keep me informed.
There's nothing like pesky students wanting to get their collective
hands on new equipment!
