Hi John,
This is simply a quick note to inform you that the two problems we had
have since been resolved thanks to you guys. Our VS2000 workstation and our
printer are both working properly. Thank you.
However, it has recently come to my attention that the right arrow key
on of the our keyboards is broken. Would you be able to help us with this when
you get the chance?
