Hi, this is a followup to a hotline letter I sent about a week ago
concerning some dysfunctional mice at our ILG. I got a letter from
jjmorey asking for more info. Since then, one mouse has seemed to have
fixed itself somehow enough to the point where it can no longer be
considered broken. The other has gotten worse: the middle button is
sticking horribly, to the point where it takes almost a second for it to
release on its own. Please place a service call when convenient.
