Hi Joe,
I am responsible for updating the departmental servers to 7.3P. Can you
please contact me and let me know when it will be convenient to
update sol considering the following,
- you will need to do a full backup of the machine before I do
the update.
- the machine will be inaccessible during the update, which
should take about 3 hours.
- someone will have to give me access (physical and root) to the
machine.
