Collectively, we've tried everything we can possibly think of to
get this machine up.
Can someone place a service call for Menhaden? Let me know the info
you need (serial #, etc...) and I'll get it today.

Hi again,
Everything looks great externally. The connection is thin-wire, the thick-wire
port is terminated. No bent pins, etc. Also, good or bad, the terminator has a
LED on the back that is lit up.
It would be very nice if we could get a service rep down here. (Unfortunately,
my time is billable; that's how things work here). I don't know how much else
we can accomplish like this. And, as I mentioned before, the system has been
down a while now. Quite a while before I spoke with you in fact.
