Kathy please send the following info to hotline@athena with
a cc: to op@athena to assist us in getting your file back.
Before we can look at restoring a deleted file from users, we need to
know the following information:
1. the entire path for the file: for example: /mit/user/athena_notes
We can't just look around for a file... we need to know
the full name of the file, in order to find it
2. approximately when the file was deleted: for example, "yesterday"
or "in early August"
3. approximately when the file was last known to be in a good state:
for example, "last week" or "in late July"
