Navigator hard disk errors

I'm getting these errors on the console every few minutes (5 or so):

RZ23 unit 3: softerr, SnsKey = RECOVERED ERROR, AddSnsCode = 0x17
LogBlkAddr = 167303, Dev = rz3g, SectNum = 69094

Curious.
