Dear hotline@athena,
Thank you for fixing Professor Beer's vaxstation. A DEC representative
also spent about half an hour trying to fix Professor Colton's
vaxstation, however, the computer is still not working. This
computer is:

Model: VS42A-AA
Serial Number: AB93206IDC
Location: 66-452
Contact: Professor Colton (x3-4585)
The terminal prompts: "hit any key to start"
but after hitting any key, this prompt returns.
