Hi all,
I have just got off the phone with Jack Narcotta (Physical Plant).
An outside contractor has been hired to completely re-insulate all the sweating
pipes in 4-035. The work should begin in about a week to a week and a half,
and should take about 3/4's of day to complete. Jack has promised that 1410
will be notified when the contractor is ready. If the cluster should be open
by then, it still would not pose a major problem. All the work is at the back
of the room.

Subject: M4-035 A/C Leak:
Date: Thu, 22 Aug 91 21:27:16 EDT

I don't have time to deal with this problem, if someone else or others in
support could work on it that would be great.

PS. Just because my name is on it, it wont hurt my feelings if someone else
     jumps on this.

THANKS

Young had contacted Connie regarding a leak from the overhead A/C Unit.
Connie had called Physical Plant. I have been in touch with Plant this evening
who stated that a work order has gone in to the plumbing dept. The piping
needs to be insulated. I requested (under the circumstances) that 1410 be
notified before entering the facility.

I have called plant this morning to see what is being done and make sure the
ball was not dropped. A work order was put in for the plumbers (controllers and
fitters) last Fri. The person I spoke to said he will give them a reminder.
I also stressed the importance of this being done ASAP.

I have called Physical Plant to get some status of this problem since
systems will be installed in this room soon. I was given two contact
names: Jack Mannion, 253-6396 and Jack Narcotta, 253-6352.
I have left a message for Jack Narcotta to call back and let us know
what's happening. The Work Order is still open... -Rita 2:20pm, 9/11

Jack Narcotta has returned the call. He had checked out the problem
on Thurs. 9/12, and he found no problems with both of the A/C units.
He reported that both A/C units had drained okay, but he was going
to check them again. -Rita 9:05am, 9/13

The work order is still unsafisfied. I have called Jack Narcotta and left
a message that he return my call. 9-25-91 2:35pm

- --jjmorey

Jack N. has left voice mail on 1410 at 4:15pm. He may work the second shift.
I will call and find out. 9-26-91 7:15.
