Dear Naomi,
I am sorry to have to bother you again, but we do not get help from
hotline. The problems mentioned to you last week still exist. Also,
according to Tem, the computers freeze up very often and have to be
rebooted. I am getting desperate because I wanted to use the tutor in
class starting this week.
