VS 3100 monitor problems

ic3-470-2 is a VS 3100 located in Bldg 3, Rm 470.
This evening we observed the following problems with
the display:
- raster about 2/3 normal vertical size
- cooking smell
- distorted appearance of displayed objects
So, we turned off the power to the monitor. (The CPU
was left powered-on.)
If possible, could the repair of this machine be given
some priority? It is heavily used by the students in
subject 2.737.
