I was testing out the workstations(m1-252-1,m1-252-2) and
noticed several problems with them. I initially notified Naomi
Schmidt(nschmidt) who referred me to you.
First, one of the videoplayers( attached to m1-252-2) does not open,
when the open button is pressed.
Second, I tried running the geology tutor using both the old and
new versions of muse(the old uses the videoserver; the new uses galatea)
and could not communicate with the videoplayer. It is not a problem
with muse, since muse works fine when the videoplayer is not used.
Therefore, the problem is probably either hardware related or with the
videoserver/galatea's software. I also tried gctl, and it refused to
communicate with or acknowledge the videoplayer.
