pl3-470-1 is a Vaxstation II, located in room 3-470. The monitor has gone
out of alignment so that the raster goes alllll the way up and underneath the
plastic shroud. So, when you have a screen full of windows, the tops of the
windows are hidden.
In other words, it needs to have the "height" adjustment tweaked.
