SOme files that were moved to hecate this morning have the wrong protections
set, so users may complain that they can't edit their files, or things like
that. If someone complains about not being able to access a file, use the
'hesinfo...filsys' command to see where it is located. If it's on
Hecate U1 or U2, tell the user the problem should be fixed shortly.

shows Beth;s homedir on Hecate
