At 11:00 AM the lights flickered in E40-342. This was enough to crash
any RT that was not being used*. I think the basement was affected
also, because some file servers are down.
*(The power fail trap handler on an RT calls panic() if the CPU is in
privileged mode. The idle loop runs in privileged mode.)
