I have a machine (guilder.mit.edu, MIT-0219027, AB90703SHB) which fails
on attempting to boot. It is a decstation 3100, and gets the console
message
7.6.5.4.3.2
FAILURE
and then gives the boot prompt.
It also has a dying monitor as well. The monitor was reported approximately
a month ago, but apparently you were waiting until we provided a PO for
a service contract with Athena. (We now have.)

The machine is located in E40-173, an open area serving as a machine
pool. As you come back towards the Center (in the SW corner of E40
1st floor), it will be to your right as you enter the Center with
several other machines.
