the machine hammock.mit.edu, a GX110 running athena linux in
the ESG cluster (24-618), is displaying distortion across the
screen in a way that is consistent with other GX110 video
card problems. This does happen on multiple monitors.
The MIT serial number is MIT-0359221, and the machine is bolted
down, making the serial number on the back unreadable without disturbing
other occupants of the cluster.
