Hello, I had called earlier about a problem with a laser printer.
This morning I perfromed a routine maintainence upon the printer
using the LN03 maintainence kit from lab suppies. It was supposed
to have come with two types of glass shield but ours contained
only one, which didn't in our print (DEC ScriptPrinter). It did
come with two corona wires. Mixup at packaging?
I performed the rest of the maintainence, leaving the in the old
glass shield. Printouts are light however. Might this be due to the
glass shield?
