Outages for sipb fileservers ronald-ann and rosebud, 8/29 and 8/30

The sipb cell fileservers ronald-ann and rosebud will be upgraded on the
nights of Thursday, August 29 and Friday August 30, respectively. The
outages will begin around midnight and are expected to last several
hours while the machines are upgraded to Athena 9.0.
All non-replicated volumes on the servers will be moved before the
outages start. However, clients may experience short timeouts.
Notifications regarding the status of the outage will be sent
to the consult instance.
