I was in the process of setting up a
private workstation for remote login and
inadvertently killed the command
"mkserv remote". This resulted in a host of
root processes to continue running on the
workstation. When I type "mkserv remote" again
I get the following message

m66-246-4# mkserv remote
You are in the middle of an update..
m66-246-4#

which I take means that the System software is
messed up. Is there an easy remedy for this
problem or does it require that the System
software be replaced? How badly screwed up is
the machine?

The machine's Internet address is 18.63.0.236
(m66-246-4).

Thanks
