Thanks for taking care of that.  The thing that was hanging up the
printer was a FrameMaker document, printed from within the app.
Obviously it's the kind of thing I've printed hundreds of times before,
so why it suddenly needed updated firmware is beyond me.

}    The printer was running with fairly old firmware; I updated it to the
} same thing the cluster printers are running.  No guarantee it will help
} in this case, but the newer firmware did eliminate at least some of the
} 79 service errors on cluster printers.
