N-Star Electric doing some switch work on NW side of campus momentarily
interrupted power for approximately 1 minute on 2 occasions this morning.
Buildings affected were W11, NW61, NW62, N57, W59, and W89. Power restored
on 2nd outage at approx. 03:00.
