The door keypad for the W20-575 cluster has been flaky lately. It works, mostly,
but every so often refuses to respond, even if you enter the correct code
multiple times. Several users have asked if the code has been changed and have
had to resort to knocking on the glass to get someone to let them in. It's
happened at least twice so far today.
According to other people in the office, the problem has been continuing for at
least several weeks now. If you could fix the keypad, it would be greatly
appreciated.
