Because PRAK (an RVD server) is having hardware problems, I had to take its
vax pack out of service. I attempted to contact all users of workstations
that were using it, but these ones were still using PRAK when the pack was
taken out of service. These workstations may hang, and may need to be rebooted
(in case people call)...
