I just tried logging in on two separate DECstations in 37-312 to see if
Release 7.3 was up and running, and on each got a large box with the
following (possible paraphrased) message:
Unable to access account information due to network problem. Try
another machine or try logging in later.
I didn't think to try logging in as mwm_user, to see whether it was AFS
related. But I'm now logged in on a VAXstation in building 11 and had no
problem accessing my account.
