Athena 7.3 Release Schedule Update

The Athena 7.3 Release will be made available Friday afternoon starting
around 4pm on the following subnets:
18.80
18.70
18.84
The public clusters in B11 and W20 will be affected, as well as private VAXes
and RTs (with autoupdate=true) on those subnets.
When the 7.3M system packs become available, workstations that are not
active and that have the variable "autodupate=true" should automatically
update to 7.3.
