Hi, I talked to Brian some days ago and he said he'd ask you all to get DEC
field service over here to fix the serial port that they broke when they did
some (mandatory they said) field fixup of the deqna. Now, I've got lots of
users crawling up inside by backside looking for a working printer, and I'm
getting to the point where I'll want to open the case myself and reconnect the
little wire that the dec guy forgot, all just to get these users off my back.
Do you really want that to happen? Do you understand why I start to do things
like that? :-)
Anyway, can we git that guy's a** back over here and fix things he done broke?
