fiber, in w20-575, was jamming consistently just now. Closer inspection
revealed plastic wrapper around the fuser unit (I think that's what it
is). Upon the suggestion/approval of the ops people on -i printadm, I
tried to remove the plastic but couldn't. Someone need to take a look
at fiber to get it working again.
I'm around SIPB a lot if you want a better explanation of what was wrong
and what I did.
