bias is doing something weird with printing ... it's printing everything
with a larger-than-normal top margin. At first I thought it was a
problem with dvips on my side, but I've previewd the dvi file with xdvi,
and the PostScript file with dxpsview, and it is fine. It also happens
with other documents that have printed fine before. (And I just sent it
to linus, and it came out fine.)
