Moira lost a disk

SMS.MIT.EDU, the moira server in the E40 basenment lost
it's RZ55 yesterday.  We need this machine in service ASAP
for fall readiness.  The data on the disk is valuable; an
effort should be made to recover it.  The RZ23 internal
disk is fine; DEC should not touch it.
