Hi guys,
I am a Burton Conner RCC and need to report a major problem with our printers
(barbar and stumpgrinder).
We continously have users who keep changing the paper sizes for indivudual
trays (without actually bothing to use different paper.) We would like the
panel locked so people cannot use the printers for double sided nor can they
change the paper size so other users jobs are messed up. We also have a second
problem with we cannot fix the issues without cycling the power to them since
both printer's LCDs are physically warped/broken so they cannot be physically
read. Can you please fix this and then change the panel state so that they are
locked?
Also stumpgrinder has a broken tray 2. We have had multiple complaints that
the tray is physically busted.
