The PVAX in 24-209 (SN #AB93206J61) is continually having problems.
The user (Prof. Sow-Hsin Chen) tells me that the screen tends to lock
up. This morning, he turned off the power and turned it on again, but
the machine will not reboot. The screen says:
?4D DEVOFFLINE, DKA300
84 FAIL
