M2-131-1 looked fine earlier in the week. Today it was impossible to
see the screen without fully darkening the room. Once visable, the
screen seemed distorted. I'm not sure if I had no menu bar at the
bottom of the screen, or whether the bar was there but not visable.
It might be that the fonts and windows are larger in the current mode,
though this observation is based on my memory.
In any event, the computer is nearly useless in its current mode.
