Somebody reported the air conditioning problem last night as follows. I
checked it this morning. The room temperature is still very high. Please
help us to fix the problem.

Dear Yunpeng,
Are you still the correct contact person in EAPS for problems related
to the Dept. Athena Cluster 54-311? I used the cluster this evening
(Sunday) and found that the air temperature in the cluster is up in
the 80's Fahrenheit - there must be some problem with the air
conditioning. The thermostat is set to 65F and the fan switch for the
ceiling unit is "on", both as they should be.
