The next house printer behind the front desk, hosker,
is suffering from continual paper jams, clearing the jam
and resetting the printer does not help. It simply jams
again.
I was confused about the name of the printer I reported
earlier, the printer with toner problems is not hosker,
but is the printer in the cluster in next house, I do
not know its name.
Can you please take care of both of these issues?

P.S. While in the next house cluster I also fixed two
of the sparc 5s that were having trouble -- one had been
disconnected from the network and the other was booted without
a keyboard so was just confused. All good now though.
