Hi,
JJ, please note that mail like this should be sent to ops, not to an
individual member of the team.
I'm afraid that our printers get enough volume that without knowing
when the pictures were printed (to within 30-60 minutes or so) there
really isn't much we can do. Sorry I can't be of more help here.

As I mentioned over the phone, these are no cause for concern, and
will not prevent other people from printing. The logs on who held
them are not completely clear, but I think I know what happened. I'll
drop a note to the relevant person to see if there's any reason they
need to be kept.
