Happy Holidays from the Department of Facilities.
As you set out to enjoy the holidays with friends and family, please be
mindful of securing your office and surrounding spaces before you leave.
Although the predicted temperatures for the next four days are lows in the
20s and highs in the 30s/40s, there is still a need to close any open
windows. A sudden downturn in the temperature could cause freeze-ups and
severe damage to property.
Please remind staff to close and lock all doors, including exterior,
mechanical room, etc., and be alert to any strangers or unusual behavior.
Anything suspicious should immediately be called in to the Campus Police.
We want to be sure that everyone has a safe and happy holiday season.
