Several 1410 calls came in this evening, and are still coming in regarding
users dialing in and getting the Athena prompt, and then timing out.
Machines such as Linguini, and Tortillini were mentioned each time. I had a
hard time trying to figure out if it was network related or operations
related. I did not want to call any emergency pagers until I could figure out
what all these Pasta machines were doing to me. I had callled Ron Hoffmann
at home for some technical info. (in which he was able to provide) and had
poked around and found the problem which resided on 18.71.0.22 (E40-008-10).
This Pad currently has no people on it, and will let no people on it.
I will let operations look at this in the morning.
