Hi David,
Try checking the paper trays to make sure that they are
both set to letter. Also check the paper guide...it is
green and should also be set to letter. If this does not
solve the problem , we can stop over later and take a
look at it :)

Folks, For some weeks now, HP Printer NIL in W92-140 has been printing documents at about
a 10-degree angle from plumb.
Is there an easy way to remedy this?
