TO:  Massachusetts Avenue Residents and Businesses,
     MIT, Forest City Development


RE:  Albany Street Closure from Mass. Ave to Pacific
Street.
     Thursday, November 29 to Friday, December 28
     
Revoli  Construction Company, the City's  contractor
for  the  Massachusetts Avenue Storm Drain  Project,
will  be  installing  drains along  the  portion  of
Albany  Street  from Massachusetts Ave.  to  Pacific
Street.  This work necessitates a road closure.  The
road closure is in effect from Thursday, November 29
through  Friday,  December 28 from 7:30  a.m.  until
3:00  p.m.,  Monday through Friday.   Albany  Street
will  be  open  on  weekends and holidays.   Regular
traffic  will not be allowed to access this  portion
of  the  street.  However,  access  will  always  be
available to all emergency services - police,  fire,
ambulance, and utilities.
