Greetings,
On Sat 11/24, I noticed that color-4-035 was jamming when trying to
print from Tray #2. I reseated the paper, and even tried a new ream,
and it still jammed with a 13.0 error on the display, telling me to open
the middle drawer. There was no paper in there, however - the paper
wasn't even making it out of tray #2. The first sheet was little
crinkled at the front, so I suspect a faulty roller. I filled Tray #3
(it was empty, which was why it was going to tray #2), and that works,
so I didn't down the queue, but I figured I should let you know.
