Hi,
It seems that the "5" button on the W20 cluster's combo keypad requires being
pressed very hard to register at all. This is causing several users who know
the correct combination to be unable to gain entry. I'm aware that you've
been told about this already, and contacted the lock people who reported that
the lock is fine. They should be told that they're mistaken and need to
attend to the lock since the problem is causing a lot of confusion and
inconvenience.
