Thanks for fixing this. In the future, could you please
let me know when these things have been dealt with and not
just close the case? I'd like to be able to let clients
know that the problem is taken care of without having to
go digging around to see what happened to my case. (Checking
the 'also sent email to" box in casetracker when you close the
case would be sufficient).
