Hi there,
We've received several reports from users that the settings
on the printer wg-tang-p are incorrect and keep getting changed
by users. Apparently the printer currently thinks tray 3 has
A4 paper in it, so that whenever it runs out of paper it gets
horribly confused and jobs tend to hang.
Would it be possible to reconfigure the printer and lock the
display panel such that users can't modify it?
