A user has reported that the zip drive on the following machine is broken
and will not return her disk (seems true based on her description):
m12-182-10
Let us know if you can retrieve her disk and remove or fix the zip drive
as appropriate. The user was julias@mit.edu. She might want that disk
back, so if you get it, contact her. Thank you very much,
