Dear Everyone:

Since several of you had concerns about this shutdown, the following is
information I received from the author of this shutdown which I believe will
be of interest to you.

All perimeter rooms have fan coil units that are not affected, the interior
spaces will lose the overhead air from their air registers, but please note
that the suites with the air conditioners above the doors will still be
serviced by chilled water. If they have control over any local type of fan,
it will remain fully operational.

Would you please let me know whether this does or does not have your
approval. If you could respond by noon time today, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you again for your time.
