I had checked this site at approx. 2:00 p.m. At approx. 5:30 it was roasting
in there. I had checked all the controls on the wall (thermostat, fan, etc..)
I had called Plant and asked for Carl Hagge. I told him to look furthur into
this issue. Plant had called me back and stated that the fan control on the
wall in 4-167 was turned off. I know better than that! I saw everything
positioned to the 'on' position. Anyways, the room is now back to cool..
