> Reason:
> Cap south feed head towards STATS: Valve in manhole leaks.

> Loss of hot domestic water in Bldg. 44 (affects bathroom, kitchen sink
> faucets) and heating hot water (no steam heat) as well during the 24-hour
> shutdown period.
