Hi -
A Westgate resident, Trudy Wilcox, has called the Computing Help Desk and
reported a printer jam on the Westgate printer. She checked for obvious
problems, didn't see any paper jammed, power cycled the printer, etc. Still
no luck. She's asked for someone to take a look when they can.
