Serious Problems on new ULTRA 10 in Building 48-016

Hi, dear Athena Hotline:

I want to report the problems we faced on the new ULTRA 10 workstation that 
installed in the basement computer room in Parsons Lab (48-016).

The following problem has happened many times. Several hours after I typed 
"renew" my login session (and entered my passwd), the workstation freezes! No 
matter which key I hit, there is no response at all! I don't have choice but 
shut down the workstation and re-boot again, then re-login.

Would you please come to my lab to fix the problem? Currently there are 5 
ULTRA 10 workstation is this room (48-016, basement).

One even more serious problem, when I re-boot one ULTRA 10 that has been 
freezed this morning, then it does not allow me to login!!! (but I can login 
from other workstation).

possible.
